১. ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার

আপনি এই ওয়েবসাইট শুধুমাত্র বৈধ উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করবেন; ক্ষতিকর, প্রতারণামূলক বা বিঘ্ন সৃষ্টিকারী কোনো কাজে ব্যবহার করবেন না।

২. পণ্যের তথ্য ও মূল্য

• পণ্যের বিবরণ, ছবি ও দাম সঠিক রাখার চেষ্টা করা হয়, তবে ভুল হতে পারে। প্রয়োজনে আমরা যেকোনো সময় তা সংশোধন করতে পারি।
• সব দাম বাংলাদেশি টাকায় (৳) এবং পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
• ছবির সাথে বাস্তব পণ্যের রঙ বা প্যাকেজিংয়ে সামান্য পার্থক্য থাকতে পারে।

৩. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

• অর্ডারের সময় সঠিক নাম, মোবাইল নম্বর ও ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা দিতে হবে। ভুল তথ্যের কারণে সৃষ্ট বিলম্ব বা সমস্যার দায় গ্রাহকের।
• গ্রাহকের দেওয়া তথ্য যাচাইয়ের পরই অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হয়। যাচাইয়ের জন্য আমরা ফোনে বা মেসেজে যোগাযোগ করতে পারি।
• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি বা চেকআউটে থাকা অনলাইন পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে মূল্য পরিশোধ করা যাবে।
• ডেলিভারির সময় ফোন রিসিভ না করলে বা পণ্য গ্রহণ না করলে অর্ডার বাতিল হতে পারে এবং পরবর্তী অর্ডারে অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট চাওয়া হতে পারে।

৪. ডেলিভারি ও যাচাই

• আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময়: ঢাকার ভেতরে ১ থেকে ৩ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ২ থেকে ৭ দিন।
• এটি আনুমানিক সময়; কুরিয়ার সেবা, আবহাওয়া, হরতাল/অবরোধ বা আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
• ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে প্যাকেজ খুলে পণ্য যাচাই করুন।
• পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় প্যাকেজ খোলার সম্পূর্ণ ভিডিও (আনবক্সিং ভিডিও) অবশ্যই রেকর্ড করে রাখতে হবে। ভিডিও ছাড়া কোনো সমস্যার অভিযোগ বা ক্লেইম গ্রহণ করা হবে না।
• ডেলিভারির ২৪ ঘণ্টা পর কোনো অভিযোগ বা ক্লেইম গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

৫. অর্ডার বাতিল

• গ্রাহক কর্তৃক বাতিল: অর্ডার শিপড (কুরিয়ারে হস্তান্তর) হওয়ার আগে বাতিল করা যাবে।
• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) অর্ডার শিপড হওয়ার পর বাতিল করতে চাইলে গ্রাহককে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ করে অর্ডার বাতিল করতে হবে।
• কোম্পানি কর্তৃক বাতিল: স্টক সীমিত বা শেষ হয়ে গেলে, যেকোনো ধরনের টেকনিক্যাল ত্রুটি (যেমন ভুল দাম বা ভুল তথ্য প্রদর্শন), ভুল/অসম্পূর্ণ তথ্য বা প্রতারণার সন্দেহ থাকলে আমরা যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি।
• কোম্পানির পক্ষ থেকে অর্ডার বাতিল হলে গ্রাহকের পরিশোধিত অর্থ (যদি থাকে) ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

৬. রিফান্ড ও এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতি

• পার্টস ও অ্যাক্সেসরিজ রিফান্ড ও এক্সচেঞ্জযোগ্য নয়। প্রস্তুতকারকের (ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং) ত্রুটি প্রমাণিত হলে পণ্যটি প্রতিস্থাপন করা যেতে পারে।
• ইনটেক্ট (সিল করা) প্যাকেজ খোলা হলে বা পণ্য ব্যবহার করা হলে কোনো রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জ করা হবে না।
• ব্যবহৃত, পোড়া (বার্ন), স্ক্র্যাচ পড়া, ভাঙা, পানি/তরল লাগা বা শারীরিকভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রযোজ্য নয়।
• প্রতিস্থাপনের জন্য মূল প্যাকেজ, বক্স, সকল অ্যাক্সেসরিজ ও ইনভয়েস ফেরত দিতে হবে।
• শুধুমাত্র পণ্যের মূল্য ফেরতযোগ্য; পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ফি ও ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
• পার্সেল ফেরত পাঠানোর শিপিং চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হতে পারে; রিটার্নের কারণ ও পণ্যের অবস্থা অনুযায়ী Mobile.com.bd তা নির্ধারণ করবে।

৭. ওয়ারেন্টি

• ওয়ারেন্টি প্রযোজ্য পণ্যে সংশ্লিষ্ট প্রস্তুতকারক/আমদানিকারকের শর্ত অনুযায়ী সেবা দেওয়া হয়।
• ওয়ারেন্টি প্রসেসিংয়ের সময় প্রস্তুতকারক/আমদানিকারকের উপর নির্ভর করে; সাধারণত ৭ থেকে ২১ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগে।
• সফটওয়্যার, ডাটা ও পাসওয়ার্ড ওয়ারেন্টির আওতাভুক্ত নয়।
• স্টিকার বা সিরিয়াল নম্বর নষ্ট/উঠে গেলে ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হবে।

৮. গোপনীয়তা

আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য কীভাবে সংগ্রহ ও ব্যবহার করা হয় তা জানতে আমাদের গোপনীয়তা নীতি (Privacy Policy) দেখুন।

৯. বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি

এই ওয়েবসাইটের লোগো, ছবি, লেখা ও ডিজাইন Mobile.com.bd-এর সম্পত্তি। অনুমতি ছাড়া কপি, পুনঃপ্রকাশ বা বাণিজ্যিক কাজে ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ।

১০. দায় সীমাবদ্ধতা

আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা পণ্য ব্যবহারের ফলে সৃষ্ট পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য, এবং ইনভয়েসে উল্লেখ নেই এমন কোনো আইটেম বা সেবার জন্য Mobile.com.bd দায়ী থাকবে না।

• এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে।
• আমরা প্রয়োজনে যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী হালনাগাদ করতে পারি। হালনাগাদের পর ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে নতুন শর্ত মেনে নেওয়া হয়েছে বলে গণ্য হবে।

1. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not in any way that is harmful, fraudulent or disruptive.

2. Product Information & Pricing

• We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct them at any time.
• All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without prior notice.
• The colour or packaging of the actual product may differ slightly from the images shown.

3. Orders & Payment

• You must provide your correct name, mobile number and delivery address. The customer is responsible for any delay or problem caused by incorrect information.
• An order is confirmed only after we verify the details provided by the customer. We may contact you by phone or message for verification.
• Payment can be made by Cash on Delivery or by the online payment methods available at checkout.
• If the customer does not answer the phone or refuses to accept the parcel at delivery, the order may be cancelled and advance payment may be required for future orders.

4. Delivery & Inspection

• Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 days inside Dhaka and 2 to 7 days outside Dhaka.
• These are estimates only; delays may occur due to courier services, weather, strikes/blockades or circumstances beyond our control.
• Please open the package in front of the delivery man and check the product.
• You must record a complete video of opening the package (unboxing video) when receiving the product. No complaint or claim about any issue will be accepted without this video.
• No complaint or claim is accepted after 24 hours of delivery.

5. Order Cancellation

• Cancellation by the customer: an order can be cancelled before it is shipped (handed over to the courier).
• To cancel a Cash on Delivery (COD) order after it has been shipped, the customer must pay the delivery charge.
• Cancellation by the company: we reserve the right to cancel any order if stock is limited or exhausted, in case of any kind of technical error (such as a wrong price or wrong information displayed), incorrect or incomplete information, or suspected fraud.
• If an order is cancelled by the company, any amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

6. Refund & Exchange Policy

• Parts and accessories are not refundable and not exchangeable. If a manufacturing defect is proven, the product may be replaced.
• If the intact (sealed) package is opened or the product is used, no refund or exchange is made.
• No refund or exchange applies to products that are used, burnt, scratched, broken, exposed to water or liquid, or physically damaged.
• For a replacement, the original package, box, all accessories and the invoice must be returned.
• Only the product price is refundable; the payment gateway fee and the Cash on Delivery (COD) charge are non-refundable.
• The shipping charge for returning a parcel may have to be borne by the customer; Mobile.com.bd will decide this based on the reason for the return and the condition of the product.

7. Warranty

• Warranty-eligible products are serviced under the terms of the respective manufacturer or importer.
• Warranty processing time depends on the manufacturer/importer and usually takes 7 to 21 working days.
• Software, data and passwords are not covered by warranty.
• Warranty is void if the sticker or serial number is damaged or removed.

9. Intellectual Property

The logo, images, text and design of this website are the property of Mobile.com.bd. Copying, republishing or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Mobile.com.bd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, or for any item or service not listed on the invoice.

11. Governing Law & Changes to Terms

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the prevailing laws of Bangladesh.
• We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the new terms.
